Easy method of speaking Japanese in self-introduction.

First of all, when we meet someone new,we usually introduce ourself. We say ‘My name is …’

This time I write self-introduction. It’s a very easy-to-understand expression.

1. My name is TOM.

W a -ta- shi -no- na -ma-e-ha-tom- desu

More slowly…

My ( wa -ta- shi -no) = My

Name ( na -ma-e) = name

Is … (Ha ~ de- su ) = is

Or it may just be a simple saying your name.

2. I’m TOM.

W a -ta- shi -ha-TOM-de- su

More slowly…

I ( wa -ta- shi ) = I

Is (ha ~ de- su ) = am

If any question, please leave your comment.

Let’s try.
