Better foods for hair and body

Hello. There are only a few days left this year. What kind of year did you spend this year? It’s an image of being in COVID-19 all year long, but during that time there were also the Tokyo Olympic games and the House of Representatives election in Japan.

In daily life, costs of living have risen since summer, and recently, fuel costs have soared, which has had a considerable impact on households. We are in a world where we want to live more economically and more efficiently.

Naturally, stress is inherent in such a world. It also affects your health and is no longer a virtuous cycle. I want to be careful about my physical and mental health, especially my physical health.
