Better foods for hair and body

Hello. There are only a few days left this year. What kind of year did you spend this year? It’s an image of being in COVID-19 all year long, but during that time there were also the Tokyo Olympic games and the House of Representatives election in Japan.

In daily life, costs of living have risen since summer, and recently, fuel costs have soared, which has had a considerable impact on households. We are in a world where we want to live more economically and more efficiently.

Naturally, stress is inherent in such a world. It also affects your health and is no longer a virtuous cycle. I want to be careful about my physical and mental health, especially my physical health.

The introduction has become long, but this time it is a blog of hair growth for the first time in a long time. I uploaded blogs about meals before and it was well received. The basic idea remains the same, but I would like to write a few supplements.

1. Green juice for those who lack vegetables

Green juice, which is instantly powdered at low temperature without damaging enzymes and vitamins that are easily decomposed by heat, is rich in nutrients.

It is especially recommended for those who usually run out of vegetables and those who eat too much animal protein in their diet.

Let’s work on improving your constitution by making your blood fresh and clean with the daily habit of green juice.

2. Omega 3 fatty acids involved in blood vessels and cells

For “healthy hair”, it is important to be healthy from the 60 trillion cells (including hair matrix cells) that make up our body, and the role of the cell membrane is especially important. It has various functions such as taking in nutrients, discharging waste products, preventing the invasion of bacteria and viruses, and transmitting information between cells.

The omega-3 fatty acids that make up the cell membrane have functions such as preventing the formation of blood clots, improving blood flow, and suppressing inflammation.

For hair, it is the most important nutrient to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth by smoothing the transport of enzymes and nutrients to the hair root and suppressing inflammation of the hair root.

Typical omega 3 series include EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and α-linolenic acid.

・ Α-linolenic acid is contained in walnut and flaxseed oil.

・ DHA / EPA is contained in fish oil of blue fish such as horse mackerel, horse mackerel, and mackerel.

DHA and EPA are familiar. It is also sold in many supplements. The reason is that it leads to improvement of blood and blood flow.

We hope that it will help you maintain your health and improve your constitution.

Thank you for reading to the end.
