Hello. Today is the middle of November. It has been about 70days since the state of emergency in Japan lifted. Restrictions on entering restaurants due to COVID-19 will be gradually relaxed, and opportunities to eat will increase. It’s autumn of appetite, so let’s enjoy it a lot.

By the way, this time is the second part of the meal edition. Last time, I classified various foods into four categories. Everyone knows that taking more nutrients has a positive effect on hair growth and hair growth, but let’s think about how to take it and how to devise it.

Last time I wrote that many kinds of foods play a role in hair growth. From so many foods such as “potatoes,” “eggs,” “seaweeds,” “nuts such as almonds,” “liver, oysters, cheese,” “green and yellow vegetables,” “sesame,” “fish,” “mushrooms,” “miso soup,” and “natto.” It is difficult to take each influence element.

However, I think that you can continue to take nutrients that affect hair growth by taking many kinds little by little. First of all, divide what you eat into meals and light meals. The menu for each meal is like this.

・ Potatoes … Japanese name ‘Tororo’. It is grated yam.

・ Eggs … Fried eggs and boiled eggs

・ Seaweed … Japanese name ‘Wakame’, ‘Mozuku’ and so on.

・ Green and yellow vegetables … Salad, green juice etc.

・ Fishes … Powdered dried boiled fishes, Japanese name ‘Niboshi’.

・ Mushrooms… Powder dried mushrooms

This powder when squeezed can be easily made by mixing it with a blender. When I eat, I put these together and eat them as if they were sprinkled or passed through. Rice, miso soup, natto(Fermented Soybeans), and side dishes are added to this to make one serving.

With this amount, I think that you can continue to eat without getting tired of eating each meal. In fact, almost every time I eat with this menu as a set.

Also, for “nuts such as almonds” and “liver, oysters, and cheese,” I try to eat almond nut knobs and cheese when I’m hungry.

2.   Supplement nutrients that are difficult to ingest with supplements and beverages

In particular, minerals that can only be taken in the body and cannot be synthesized by the body are supplemented with supplements and dairy products. As for minerals, I purchase supplements on the market and take them in a safe manner. Beverages are related to soybeans, but I drink soy milk. It also contains isoflavone components, so I think it is effective for hormone balance.

I also drink green juice. It is around this time that I drink one bottle a day to make up for the shortage of green and yellow vegetables.

3.   Take regularly

I think it is important to eat at regular times. I think that if you are late at night, skip breakfast, or have an unbalanced intake, you may still lose your balance. If you are late at night, be sure to eat foods that are good for your hair in the morning and noon, and try other meals at night to suit your taste and environment.

By the way, it has been more than a year since I continued this diet, but probably because I didn’t take any more oil, my body fat percentage was reduced by 4% from the previous year. Maybe it helps to improve your physical condition. If it is good for your body as well as hair growth and hair growth if you continuously ingest something that is good for your body, it is not that you do not practice this. I think so.

Today, I wrote that, first, take not all at once, but diligently and continuously in an appropriate amount, second, take supplements and beverages if you cannot take it with meals, and third, take a regular diet to improve your constitution.

I think everyone has a desire to stay healthy. In the age of 100 years of life, 50s are still half. Looking back on the past 50 years and thinking about the next 50 years, I think it is important to make an effort to maintain the health of one’s body as much as possible.
